PRESBYTERIAN YOUTH CONNECTION
First Presbyterian Church in Tullahoma is home to the Presbyterian Youth Connection (PYC) for 6th - 8th grade and 9th - 12th grade youth programs.
Join Us:
During the school year, weekly Wednesday night meetings are held in the church youth apartment, which is located on the second floor of the church annex building (Sign). Our night consists of fellowship and discussions centered around God’s Word.
Dinner is provided for PYC-1 (6th -8th graders), though we do go out to eat the third Wednesday of each month. For PYC-2 (9th-12th graders), youth travel in private vehicles or with church staff to a local restaurant for dinner after our youth group discussions.
PYC will always help anyone who needs assistance with dinner costs.

MONTREAT YOUTH CONFERENCE
Each summer, PYC-2 participants have the opportunity to attend Montreat Youth Conference. Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, high schoolers from all over the country gather for a week of study, worship, and recreation. Activities include morning energizers, music, keynote, small group discussions, afternoon recreation activities, and evening worship. Montreat Youth Conferences offer youth different opportunities to cultivate their spiritual faith journeys while also practicing sabbath. Montreat Youth Conference provides participants a secure space that is loving, holy, and authentic where they may glorify God in all that they do, inspiring and equipping a lifetime of faith.
Youth leave Montreat knowing that:
-
Their faith matters.
-
They are loved as they are.
-
They are part of a community of faith.
